If you are not put off by having access along a gazetted road to these 385 acres (155 ha) then this block is well worth a look. Gazetted means that council do not maintain the road however the track is not bad and you do not need to put the car in 4WD to access the block.

Only 4km from Rosedale, the property is fully fenced and has two dams. There is a set of yards and a small holding paddock. There are plenty of seasonal creeks that meander through the block with semi permanent waterholes. Firebreaks have been pushed around boundaries.
